I appreciated the central location. Everything was within easy reach. The staff was helpful. They always provided quick assistance. The facility was very clean. My pod offered privacy with its double bed (it really seemed like my own little space).
I found that the noise from other guests was sometimes disruptive, especially with doors closing late at night.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage storage before check-in and providing directions to nearby attractions. The front desk offered efficient and friendly service. They answered questions promptly.

The pod itself was clean and well kept, offering ample space for a solo traveler. A personal fan kept the pod cool. A lockbox ensured belongings were secure (i found this really reassuring).

the staff were friendly and helpful fresh towels were provided at check in showers had soap and shampoo i needed a pass to get into my room this made me feel secure i felt safe
the pod was a little difficult to get into the steps were narrow there were many fans in the pod which i could not turn off my neighbor was messy their belongings were on the floor

very nice locationski racks
i found lockers that are good with ski racks. They are perfect to dry gloves during the night.
the pod curtain have a separate blackout layer is not available for sensitive sleepers who are easily awoken by light.
